We want to make sure your apartment home fills all of your needs. That is why we give you the option to transfer units to one that does….

Here's what's involved with transferring to a new unit:

Lease Requirement

Fulfill six months of your current lease.

Application Process

Fill out an application. When you transfer units, we will need to have you fill out a new application for many reasons. There may be a higher rent that you would need to qualify for, or your credit may have changed during the last six months.

Preparation Time

Give us preferably 30 days to prepare your new unit.

Transfer Fee

Pay the $300 Transfer Fee.

Availability

Transferring to a specific unit is based on current availability.

Management Approval

Prior approval by management MUST be obtained before the tenant may transfer to another unit.
